Convenient Location, Great Service
I travel Hwy 27 for work so this worked out to be a great location that won't take me off my usual route. The property manager, Chris answered all my questions when I called in (I was a little leary of booking through a 3rd party especially with many storage units at near full capacity.) Everything checked out, the transaction went smoothly and I moved in within a couple of days of my reservation. SpareFoot took the hassle out of the comparative shopping process and highlighted those facilities that had capacity.

Really needed a 5x5 unit that had more floor space.
Overall the facility is good, but the manager wasn't there when I arrived and I really needed a 5x5 unit with more floor space and less height. These units are more for commercial use, not household.

The manager is friendly, and the units are as advertised
The manager is friendly, and gives you his full attention. The units are the price you see on the site, there is no bait and switch. The units are clean, and he sweeps them out before you move in. All the buildings are numbered and lettered so finding your unit is a breeze. Overall its a very good storage unit, and I plan on using it for a long while.

A few surprises once I got there...
Go there before preparing to move in to get actual costs! I was quoted $49. a month for 10x20 outdoor space for my small travel trailer. Once I got there, I was told that was the price for the "back row" and front row was $69. A month. The back row is VERY tight against a fence with very limited access and can only accomodate small cars. The lot has very large loose gravel (not paved) and spaces aren't marked so people park a bit haphazardly. So I had to pay more than quoted price. Then I asked about senior citizen discount (website says 10% off) and was told "they changed that. It's for first month only" and since I was getting the "rest of the month free move in special" it wasn't usable. I still moved my trailer in because I had already made arrangements to get it there, but felt a bit deceived and bait and switched. By the time they added tax, it was a lot more than I expected, but now I know EXACTLY what the cost is, and looks like, to compare it with other lots....

I will definitely suggest this storage company to my friends and family. Their prices beat out the rest of the competition, I left feeling very secure about my belongings. But best of all, Mike and Mary, the couple working at the front desk were absolutely wonderful. They made me feel so at home. That's unusual to say for a storage company!!! Not only was their customer service excellent, they were extremely fast and efficient knowing that I was in a bit of a time crunch. Highly recommended!

Keep STUFF we use infrequently.
We have a large Christmas Tree, a Fishing Booth, and several boxes of this and that. There are four of us living in a four bedroom apartment with no "outside" storage space. The locker we rented seems to be weather-proof, safe enough and is easily accessible.
