Polite and ready to get you what you need quick.
They called me on time and even though i was hard to deal with because i wouldnt answer and wouldnt make up my mind she was very nice to me the whole time and was able to have me a place to put my car when i was suddenly rushed to have it towed somewhere. I mean it was great communication from them and the price was fairly cheap. Im very satisfied with my experience.

Check in with Ruth was easy; She is knowledgeable and thorough.
The climate controlled facility is very clean and well lighted. There is plenty of room between the buildings for easy access with a large moving truck.

As I'm busy I like to handle things via email/phone and Ruth went above and beyond to accommodate me. When I "moved in" the unit was not according to the specifications I had reserved online but Ruth fixed it immediately. A great experience.
