Great service! Fast and easy. The storage facility has elevator to second floor, dolly & carts, unit lighting. Getting the storage unit only took about 15min - fast and easy. Purchased a lock on site as well.

Great and Cheap Storage Facility
The pricing was a great factor and the staff is wonderful. The old woman in the service desk was great and attentive. I will definitely recommend it to my friends. The only comment is regarding the cleanliness - The woods needs to be painted to offset the smell that is coming.

Most reasonably priced in the Cypress area.
This storage is tucked away off of a quiet street in Cypress. It was the best price out of all the storage facilities in the area. We even received a 6 month discount for reserving online. There is an elevator and carts you can borrow for convenience. The customer service was great. The office isn't open until 9 am but that only means that you won't be able to check out the cart until the office is open. Still, it's a good deal for the price.

Lowest prices in the area that I could find. No problems except once when I missed a payment they forgot to unlock my gate code after I did pay and I had to wait until office hours for them to fix it.

easy to rent
The storage place was cheaper than most of the units I looked at. It was close to a bus stop which made it easier to move small items back and forth. Both ladies at the front desk were extremely friendly. I was able to pay cash and no credit cards or credit questions asked. I was able to purchase a lock and given the option to buy insurance. A few signatures and I was all set.

Just what I needed for my move!
Perfect storage solution for me! Price was lower than other places. I moved for a job and needed some storage space for my studio apt until I find a place out here. I got the 4x15, which turned out perfect. This place was perfect. Able to drive up close and fit everything I needed to. Locked unit and gated entrance. Customer service was amazing! Great solution for my storage needs. No long term contract.

The price is right!
I needed a storage unit urgently, found Cypress Self Storage via SpareFoot, reserved a unit and had everything signed and moved by the end of the day. The manager, Addie, is one of the most professional people I have had the pleasure of doing business with. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone crazy enough to pay money to store their junk.

The lady running the place was nice! But the unit we decided to rent wasn't ready to go. The door was "sticking" and so I helped lube it because we didn't want to wait till thursday for the maintenance man to come and service it. Things came up so we haven't been able to move our stuff in yet.
I only hope that the roll-up door will work properly once we do move in. This is the first time that we have ever rented a storage unit. As I said, Addie who runs the place was nice, but we were shocked that there was so much paperwork. It was like renting a apartment almost.

Available and Affordable
I needed an affordable small storage ASAP. I went online www.sparefoot.com. I enter the approximate size, dollar amount I was looking for and found Cypress Mini Storage. I was linked to Reserve A Unit. I selected the storage and a confirmation was sent to my phone. An hour later I had the storage space I wanted at an affordable price. I am very pleased with this experience and highly recommend Cypress Mini Storage.

Long Time Renter
Hello fellow renters! I have been renting a storage space from Cypress Mini Storage for at least 15 plus years. The gate hours are fantastic and the office staff are awesome. They are always kind, helpful and very considerate. They are great at sending friendly reminders through courtesy calls and/or e-mails if a payment is close to being late to save you extra charges along with a very reasonable grace period. I always feel safe on the property and never have trouble parking. I have recently added another storage rental using Sparefoot Storage Finder. It was a wonderful experience! I rented the unit late in the evening and was called early the next day reassuring me the space was ready for me to move in. Awesome!! Just beware that the units upstairs are excruciatingly hot like a sauna in the summer months and you will have to provide insurance and pay for a special lock.

Friendly, great price
I haven't had a storage space for many years, so I shopped around for this one. The 2 women in the office were fantastic and made me feel at home. The facility is a smaller one, which makes me feel more comfortable since I'm an older female concerned about security. Good lighting in the inside units, but fans aren't operating in the halls, just ceiling exhaust fans. The unit's measurements weren't exactly the designated measurements but that may be normal? Great move in price. Overall, I am pleased with my rental and will refer others.
