I have been at this storage place for 6 years now, I know I should be out of there. Anyway we just received our 3rd notice of a rent increase starting in November that included the statement "...this will be the last increase for the year." Really, there is only one month left of the year. You'll use that month to auction off the units that don't pay in November. So I guess we'll see our next increase in January, since its a new year? You are a joke, the garage door on our unit doesn't even work properly, but yet you say the utilities are going up, mine didn't and we have the same electric company. So come up with a better reason for the increase, like being money hungry, and at this time of year people can't move out for at least 4 months with winter coming so we are stuck, I have wanted this unit out of my name because I don't want anything to do with this company, however I have to go into the office to change the names on the unit. No can't do that, I have to come in. Put it in my husbands name, really? You SUCK!!!
