Very helpful .

Overal I didn’t have any problems. I packed my items very well since I was getting a non climate controlled unit. The location was close to home and I had no problem getting them on the phone if I ever needed help.

Don't go to this storage unit

There is no office in the coppers cove location the security of the facility you could get robbed at any moment. The facility is super unclean and when I called they said that they handle everything over the phone. I am not giving my information over the phone. Plus they were very rude.

If you need basic cheap storage this is the place

Basic storage, but if you are looking for on site service and amenities this is not it. Rough part of town and trash everywhere.

It’s good

It’s a bit run down , needs a good clean and new sign. Price is good everything else is not too bad it just needs a little work on it. But other than that there’s nothing wrong with it in the ghetto yes but it’s got a fence around it so it’s good .Price is unbeatable so you can’t be is so I get four stars customer service was very good. So go out and try it it’s worth it
