Registered online. Received a call from facility is less than 10 min. Twenty minutes later I was there with stuff. The staff, one man, was very helpful and more competant than I expected. He was pleasantly efficient and patient with me as I was trying not to be rudely in a hurry over my lunch break. I had missed a turn finding their facility as I was on the phone with my realtor so was even more short on time than when I started. He walked with me to inspect my storage unit and made sure my access code worked in the gate. He said their locks were the same price as at Menards. I was sceptical, so I bought mine at Menards, and they were the same price. I was pleased with the integrity, cleanliness and good people skills of the staff and facility.
