This place is amazing. The lady that works at the front desk is absolutely amazing!!!! She was kind and helpful very friendly....instead of trying to make money she actually help me find the size that would be perfect for all my belongings!!

Quick, Clean, Good Storage facility
Outdoor 5x10 unit. Units are laid out so water drains away from storage (which could suck for items otherwise stored outside). In addition, right inside the unit, there is a small "moat" that channels water away to drains, separating the unit entrance from the concrete slab that forms the unit floor.
Security and access are reasonable, pricing and customer service was pretty good.

Rude staff
They texted me their address, and they put in the wrong address. So my GPS took me to the wrong spot, and when I called them up the lady on the phone was very pissed off at ME for not finding the place. She finally gave me correct directions in a very condescending tone and abruptly hung up on me. Apparently I made her late for her lunch break. Too bad!!! Send the correct address next time you want someone to show up on time. If it wasn't for the insanely cheap price I would not have used this place.

The facility is clean. Getting the storage unit was quick and painless. Free locks and the large unit has double doors which helps for loading. Good location and secure.

The employees went above and beyond. Reservered unit on line. Needed to change size called and spoke with Dawn. She changed size for me and also let me know about road construction. If it was not for her help I would have been stuck in traffic half the day. So glad we chose them.

Helpful at Last Minute
I was in a pinch, needed storage at last minute. Looked up places by prices, Crestline was the cheapest and just happen to be the close to home. I had my storage unit right away, and moved into the unit within 2 days. Glad to have stuff close by!

Great layout and access. Great hours of operation. Super customer service.
We rolled in late, Richard had our paperwork done in about 15 minutes; explained everything in detail. Great value (we have another unit at another location that costs $35 more). Solid construction, excellent drainage. Very clean, no bugs or rodents.

Sheryl called me the next day to confirm my reservation, and offer me directions to the site. the paperwork was easy to understand, and quick to move through. My unit was clean and easy enough to locate, but a map of the units would have helped even more. i am a satisfied customer, and I have SpareFoot (And Crestline Self Storage, of course) to thank for that!

Smooth experience and a great price
I rented this unit sight-unseen during my move. With Sparefoot's deal, move-in was $19 for six weeks and I got a free lock to boot. Clean, safe feeling facility with good hours and drive-up units for a great price.

Only one minor glitch....
Got to the facility shortly after opening (10 AM) in order to get in and out fast. Unfortunately, one person got there before us and the singular office staff person had to vacate the office to show them a unit. Of course, she was the only one on staff.... this resulted in a wait time of 20 minutes to complete my paperwork, get necessary lock/key, etc. Really need 2 folks on staff.... otherwise, the price, location, ease of access is GREAT!
