Worked out in the end but did have several problems with our rental. First made a reservation online for a 10X20. Got there on move in day and they haven't had a 10X20 available for months. The online site allowed 11 other people to reserve a unit that was not even available. Was offered a 10X10 which was way too small. luckily a 10X30 was available. we were not offered a discount even though it was their fault we could not have a 10X20 like we were promised. We ended up paying 50 dollars more for a mistake that was not our fault. Since we were down to the wire and had no where else to go. The next problem was when we went to load our unit out access code would not work. We had a uhaul full of our stuff and could not get in. Luckliy some one was still in the office and reset our code. Don't know what we would have done if it had been a little bit later and we could not have gotten in at all. It worked out in the

Friendly Staff
The staff was really friendly and it didn't take very long to the paperwork. I was walked to my unit so that I knew exactly where to turn and it made my move-in day that much simpler. I didn't expect to pay for a lock but it wasn't expensive.
