good
I truely disagree with thay guy Ive been storing here for about 6months. that manager they had around Xmas time was Rude and Lazy, eveytime I came in he was smoking outside the front door or sitting down at the computer, Ive seen the Manager all the time outside cleaning, showing units doing her job I've referred 4 people to this facility one for the CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BEST RATES in town always someone trying to be negative to a situation. I don't believe anything that guy has to say. Thank you good Day
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
I walked into the and stood for about 5 min. there were two girls, one was on her cell phone and the other paid me no mind! The girl hung her phone up and said "Do you want something?" I would never rent from this place!! I rented a unit here for a while back in January 2011 and the manager was very professional!! He was very helpful and I was looking forward to working with him again. They lost a wonderful manager and replaced him with two poor managers!!
