Unexpected charges
I rented a space for a month, only used it for 3 days, then moved everything out and notified them of my departure within the month. Soon after, I received emails from them asking me to take a survey to tell them about my experience. I assumed everything was done, but 4 months later I got a notice from the collection agency saying I owed ~$170. I made some calls and finally figured out that I needed to write them a letter, however, when I had first called to notify them of my departure, nothing was said about this and I thought everything was okay. It's unfortunate that a miscommunication (probably on both of our parts) could leave a damaging mark on my credit. It also would have been nice to receive at least one type of notification to tell me I was racking up late fees with rent, especially since my space was empty and unlocked the entire time (which on the receipt it states in the moveout section: If we find your space unlocked and vacant, we may assume you have moved out and rent the space to someone else). Other than that, everyone was very nice to me on the phone while I was trying to resolve this. Suggestion for future customers: Actually go into the store and make sure they take your name out of the system. If you're not going to do this or think you might forget to, you might want to look for another storage place, but don't say you haven't been warned of the possible consequences.

Fast, helpful and friendly
It took less than 15 minutes from leaving my vehicle to being back in my vehicle. Everything was ready, the Manager could not have been helpful, The unit was clean, accessible, everything was explained, mt questions given clear and straight forward answers

Overall, a good storage place at fair price
Every storage place has two locks.You are required to buy atleast one lock from the owner of the facility and the least expensive lock from the owner worths $9.99.This is somewhat unfair.It would have been good if the tenant could buy both locks at his own.
