Site was clean and secure

I would recommend this facility for anyone in the area. Christina took care of me when I arrived she was prepared for my visit she called to check and make sure that I was still coming. She had already created an account assigned a key fob and took me to look at my unit so that I was sure that was the best size for my needs. The site is very clean and completely secure. The key fob is such a better way to handle access.

Overall our experience with Safeguard was wonderful. We had reserved a third floor unit and went the day before our move to just take a look around. I'm so glad we did! We knew the second we got there our couch wouldn't fit in the elevators. We spoke with the manager who quickly found us a first-floor solution so we could still proceed with the move the next day. They could do with some larger elevators, but the customer service was top-notch!!

The man who showed us around was very nice but didn't seem to be really sure on the pricing. he kept having to flip through his papers to tell us the price of each unit, even when we'd narrowed it down to 2 sizes and were trying to do the math for the entire time we'd be renting. it seems the prices change a lot

Absolutely wonderful customer service, but the elevators were too small.

I had reserved a second-floor 10x20 storage unit to store our apartment furniture and goods. We went to visit the facility the day before move-in and discovered that the elevators were too small to fit our couch! I was frankly shocked that a storage facility wouldn't have larger cargo elevators to get to the higher floors. The great thing was the manager was really wonderful about finding us a solution. He found us a 10'x15' on the first floor within minutes and still honored the AAA deal I had gotten through SpareFoot. The smaller unit size wasn't ideal, but it helped us out of a bind and the service throughout was fantastic. I'd definitely recommend the facility, but visit before reserving a unit to figure out if an upstairs one is feasible for your contents.
