the office is frequently locked.
firs visit, sign said 'open'but the little clock promised 'back at 2pm'.
ten days later, at 10am, clock reported
'on grounds, back soon'.
who can use storage that is not covered
during all open hours?what if one
wanted to drop stuff off and catch a
plane?
