Would have been great
Elevator broken, my climate controlled unit on second floor of course and light bulb burnt out, but staff was incredibly helpful! Unit was clean

In many instances the location of your storage unit will depend on availability and price. I encourage you to contact our store manager today to see how we might be able to provide a unit that is more convenient for you.

My reply to John
John, Your review, frankly, sounds like you are not telling the truth about this place. Some other issue? It'd be hard to find a ''better'' place. They'd, at best, only be equal. I've had a 10x30 one place or another, 30 years non-stop, as an extra room / garage. I don't pack them so full they can't be easily used. I even put shelves up in them. We are experts on the use of them and our opinion of them. This place is perfect. It would be hard to start on where to comment back on your poor review. Poor location? Hard to get into? Are you serious? The place is right on the extremely wide frontage road off Hwy 19. I can't imagine an easier place to get off Hwy19 and back on...and the frontage road would accomadate a Semi-Truck. High prices? Well...all storage companies have high prices..but this one has prices as low as anyone. This must be the first unit you ever rented, because you don't know what you are talking about. This is a great place and it has great people running it. If your unit was really that small, they would have taken care of it...or you don't know how to use a tape measure. Be truthful in reviews.

not impressed
my 5' x 10' rental actually measures 4' x 9' -- it is ok, but not what I expected -- access is poor on a one way narrow access road from US19 -- it serves the purpose -- Im just glad the space is not for me personally

We appreciate your feedback and we're sorry that your rental experience with us was less than perfect. Unfortunately, we do not have any control over the improvements that are currently being made by FDOT along US19.
In regards to storage units, we do have several different sizes and options to choose from. Our manager would be more than happy to provide an alternative to your previously rented unit.
We encourage you to store with us again and talk to a manager about how we can make your storage experience more enjoyable.
