Inconvenient dark small doors

The app is in Chinese I couldn’t access online. The units have regular house sized doors, you only have access from 9 am til 530 pm weekdays till 4 on Saturday and not at all on Sunday. There’s no light to see inside your units. The other location has better hours but you have to pay $40 more per month. You get a free month but your property is not insured during that time. If ure 5 days later u lose the discounted price and $19 days a big late fee n it’s just not at all convenient. All the tires are flat on the moving carts.
