Terrible customer service. I was in traffic on 50 trying to get there before 5 and I kept calling so that I could pay over the phone and that a friend could pick up the key for me. I could not get anyone to answer for at least 1 hour. When my friend showed up two minutes past closing and the OPEN light was still on, he was sent away because they didnt have time to help him. Maybe if they would have answered their phones this who problem could have been avoided. I called them to let know that I was not pleased with their service, and again, I had to leave a message cause no one answered. I received a phone call back and they apologized for not answering the phones, but I was told to go to another storage facility in the area. She even gave me names of other locations. I would never recommend!!
