The best prices for 20 miles around. Clean,nice facility, secure and very nice Managers.

Rent on a 5x10 advertised at 75 a month. Not true.
I've been renting a 5x10 unit from these people for about 13 months. I started at 75 a month and they've been raising the rent every few months and now I'm paying 90 a month and the place is pretty funky. I looked at their web site and they're advertising 5x10's at 75 a month. I called and they said oh that's just a 1 month special but I looked and the only units on the special are 5x5. I found another place right around the corner, the same size. very nice airconditioning, luggage dollies, security and elevators for 85 a month and it's not a special plus 2 months free it's a much, much better place. So I'm leaving.

You rented with us on November 9th 2008 (that is not 13 months ago) Your rent was $70.00 per month.
Your rent was raised on 11-9-09 by $5.00
Your rent was raised on 8-9-10 by $5.00
On 5-9-11 your rent was raised to to a total of $85.00 and increase is not due until 2-9-12
That is a total rental increase in 3.3 years of $20.00
We would have loved to keep you as a customer, and wish you had brought these issues to our attention sooner. We think the rent increases were appropriate and were not exorbitant, considering that comparable rents in the area are higher.
