My mom needed to put some of her things in storage while we figure out where she will live next. Kristine(??) i think her name was - was so very helpful, showing us different sizes, being patient with mom, and generally doing a fantastic job of signing us up. She was warm, friendly, pleasant, helpful and a delight to do business with. We just signed up so we have not actually used the facility yet, but we will be in the next week or so.

There are so many storage facilities. I had used Uhaul for years for long-term storage and this time, I needed just two months and decided to shop around. SA' best-pricing got my attention, but the ease of getting a unit - all online - and the wonderful customer service and first-class facility topped it off. I like that all the units are ground level with drive-up access - I needed a lock and they didn't overprice it - just $8, and the security is amazing, with gated, 24/hour password access with video surveillance and great lighting. It was all just perfect.
