A few months ago, we had a glitch in our Operating System and caused rate increases to be implemented without any notification. Since then, we have fixed the issue. It Works...
The best thing about this storage is it's inside a building so you don't get the elements from the outdoors like most storage places which gets your things very dirty over a period of time...don't know how the staff is anymore because I don't go in because I have auto-pay. But they are pricy, I guess you pay for being inside a building.

Good service.Friendly additude when visiting to pay.I like the reminder sent via email for payment due. Thanks I do forget.

When I first rented, the facility had good customer service, it changed, then Storquest took over and it (customer service) is outstanding.

It gives me great pleasure to tell my storage story. I have been a satisfied customer for several years. I am always treated as a valued customer and never witnessed the professional care I have received from a storage vender before (I used your competition at one time). I have received telephone reminders my payment is about to go into late fees, and recently I had to downsize my unit. The assistance I received was very rewarding to me as a smaller unit was found near my old unit which helped me tremendously in eliminating old items and storing the items I wanted to keep. Plus the cost was right. Thanks to all the wonderful staff at the facility in Gardena (Avalon Boulevard) that provide excellent service. You are awesome!
