was still charged even after filling out vacate notice and vacating. The representative is no longer with the company and I have been told I will not be able to be refunded for the last 3 months.

WHEN WILL THE PRICE INCREASE'S STOP?!!
the prices charged for my space has almost doubled since I started my storage space. Your increases have far surpassed the rate of inflation.

Great decision!
I am very happy with my decision to use Storquest for my storage needs. I showed up to the location around 12:30 and I figured it wouldn't be open because of the lunch hour, but it was! The female who helped me get my unit was very friendly and helpful- she walked me to the location of my new storage unit and I even got a discount because I go to CSUCI. I found out that if I refer my friends to them I would get another dicsount on top of that! I am very happy with this decision and I would highly recommend them! I will be a happy customer for many, many months!
