We just moved our things into storage for the summer and the staff is very friendly and willing to work and accommodate you. We initially had a miscommunication between the original reservation and the move-in contract, but all it took was contacting them and they resolved it for us quickly. We felt safe leaving our things there because they are always on the premises and because there is a unique gate code for each unit. So far a good experience

The personnel is very helpful and efficient! They are well prepared by the time I got to the facility.
