Not a happy person!!!
I found Sparefoot on line. Called them and they said they had what I needed. What I needed was a storage unit that I could drive in to with my pickup and store a 16 ft stock trailer full of funiture. The lady I talked to said this type was available at the U-Store It in Byran, Tx. I went to the storage unit office and took care of the paperwork. When the lady in the office (who was very nice) took me outside to show me the unit, it was not anything like what the Sparefoot person said. So the lady in the office told me that since I had used my debit card she could not give me my money back. I had even purchased a lock from them. She said they would credit my account or send me a check the next Tuesday. A week later the office lady called and said she was sure I would get my money. I have not got my money yet and its been since August 7, 2011. I guess I have learned a lesson and lost over $47.00 too. Thanks Sparefoot and U-Store It!!
