Great location - close to our office
When I arrived to transfer my things into storage the storage facility was very easy to find, they were ready for me and all went very smoothly. The storage space was well lit and very clean. Even the bathroom was clean!
Fast. When I had a concern about the temperature the staff was very helpful and offered to help me choose a lower floor storage unit to meet my temperature control needs
Friendly & helpful staff
I moved in a day late because my moving company didn't show up, and Deedee gave me the name of the moving company they recommend and give free truck rental for two hours as a part of the storage facility. I wish I knew about that sooner, it would've save me $300 and a lot of hassle. Either way, it was great to have the recommendation from the staff. The next day my movers arrived late so we were pretty close to going over the hours. They said it wasn't a big deal and didn't want to add to my frustrating moving experience. The movers hustled and we made it out just in time so thy didn't have to stay late. They made the experience so muh better. I was a little surprised that there was an additional ~$10 fee on top of what Sparefoot said it would cost. It was already a little above my budget but once I was there it felt like I didn't have much of a choice. Sparefoot should be aware of this fee.
Overall it was a great experience.

Sparefoot helped me find the most affordable, perfect storage situation for the measly one month of storage I needed. I did not want to spend a lot nor deal with paying an arm and a leg for two movers in one month. Storage Mart has an excellent relationship with Action Movers, who were also quick and affordable. My entire move-in and move-out was completely seamless and I'm grateful for having absolutely no horror stories!!!
