The service was great. However, I was told I would be able to fit a queen mattress in my locker, but when I got there I was told that the door was too small.

The manager was extremely helpful..
This storage facility is huge and my interaction with the staff there was uncommonly professional and personalized. Elvis, I think that was his name, handled my intake in a very helpful and caring manner. Moving can be a stressful ordeal and I would definitely refer other's to this storage site. Thanks
