Wonderful Service puts this facility over the top
AAA 51st has great facilities, but what puts it over the top for me is the excellent level of personal service I received. I was caught off-guard at the personable nature and helpfulness of the owners, who assisted me with my paperwork. Their friendliness was not invasive or time-consuming, but rather thoughtful and exactly what I needed! We ended up canceling our unit shortly after opening it because of our changing needs, but again, they were very helpful through that process. If I were to need to use a storage facility again, I would use them in a heartbeat. They endeavor make a personal connection with their customers that to me, makes the difference in where I choose to put my business. Even if I lived further away, I would still drive to the 51st location. I really enjoyed doing business with them.

Very nice and friendly
I was very pleased with the appearance of AAA, the Manager who assisted me was very nice and prompt, took me to view the unit first to make sure it was what I needed, and the prices here are the best in the area! My actual unit is semi-climate controlled because it is down a hallway with other units surrounding it and wind blocking "curtains" to the entry...these were nice surprises I did not have to pay extra for but am very happy to have!
