Terrible Experience
This place is cheapest around, but the staff is rude, had my unit broken into and they don't send out any bill notices, so if you prepay and then expect a bill you will be only contacted when the bill is late and have to pay a 25 buck late fee, what a scam....so I will be moving my stuff to a better location with better service and be glad to pay more to receive the service that customers deserve.....sooooo long Bristol....by the way I will be complaining to the BBB tooooo.
