No Downside Whatsoever
I did my research ahead of time to find just a very inexpensive 5x10 box near Boston. The manager here (who is very friendly and lives on site with his beautiful wife) told me that they price check daily to make sure to be competitive. What I didn't expect, for the price, is that its a brand new facility and was spotless. Based on how nice everything was, you would expect to pay double. You can pay in person, on the phone, or online. Everything is super easy and convenient.
Anyone who asks me about storage will be referred to Simply Storage.

No Downside Whatsoever

Perfect location for MCPHS students
Simply Storage is exceptionally clean with a wonderful staff. Paper work was maybe 15 minutes. 5X5 storage unit right next to elevator is in a perfect spot, and was very easy to use my own lock. It's in a great location to MCPHS, about a 7 minute drive. I would recommend this facility to anyone, but especially freshman students who have to get an apartment the following year. It is so much better than bringing everything home if you live out of state!
Good location and value for money
I had a good experience moving my stuff into this storage. Some of the things I did not enjoy much was that paperworkt took more than 30 minutes, and I had trouble locking the unit with my own padlock . The 5X5 units have a weird locking plate that does not allow locks with long shanks. I had go buy another lock from the simply storage office. The staff were nice, courteous and very friendly. The units were clean, and surprisingly the height of each storage unit was over 8 ft. I would highly recommend this unit.
I was very impressed with Simply Storage-Beacon St.!! The facility is clean and well cared for, and virtually every encounter I have had with staff and representatives there has been positive and facilitative. The web-based price for my 5 x10 unit was more than competitive. I am extremely happy to have found them on-line!!
I have noticed Simply Self Storage has new management. The personel are very curteous and helpful. The facility is very clean and overall appearance is remarkable improved from my last visit 6 months ago. I am recommending this facility to my friends and family.
