My experience was very pleasant because the customer service was excellent. The pricing is fair and I was in and out very quickly on my first day of signing up. My space was clean and my only complaint would be how hard it is to roll up the door on my unit, it is in need of lubricant or something. This goes for the locking mechanism as well it is very tough to slide open and close.
