Great place to keep your stuff
I was very impressed by this place from the moment I walked in. The building looks new and inside is very modern and clean. The gentleman at the desk was very friendly and made sure to go over everything with me in explicit detail. I would say it took over 5 minutes to do the paperwork, but only because he was so clear about all the details. Also while they offer insurance, there was no pressure whatsoever to purchase it. The units themselves are clean and they provided me with a cylinder lock that cannot be cut, but must be drilled out. They also spray all units for pests before you move in and said they would re-spray for free anytime you feel it's necessary. I also appreciate that even though my unit is not climate controlled, the roof is insulated. It is a little west of Boerne on I10, so it's a bit of a drive if you don't live in the area, but I feel safe knowing my stuff in out in the country, rather than a bad side of town and you can't beat the price.
