this is the greatest storage facility and the customer service was A+ / I reserved a spot on line and a facility rep called me within 3 minutes to confirm with me that YES the unit was available and the price on line was accurate. I wish all companies realized that I was the customer like they did.

I was impressed by the quickness of the whole process. I was given a friendly greeting upon arrival, and any and all questions were answered during the tour. I didn't even have to ask about a company discount but they informed me of a 10% savings.

I love this place so far! Ben & Reggie were very nice. Ben gave me a tour around the unit and told me all about it, he was so kind. He made my experience very easy, non-stressful, and fun. I highly recomend renting from them. My friend who took the tour with me said "this is the nicest storage unit i've every seen!"
