it was great. we got there pretty late because of unforseen circumstances and the people there were more than helpful in accomodating us. for some reason it showed that our booking was cancelled even though we didnt cancel it, yet the people there didnt give us a hard time. in fact they even gave us a better space than what we had requested. overall this was a great experience and i would definitely reccomend to others even solely based on the outstanding customer service that was provided
Perfect and I liked it and I am glad I went to that place
All in all a good experience, although they could use a second person at the counter. Also, the rule against blocking unloading zone was not being enforced on Sunday.

Best Storage Experience - Lowest Price
Great Follow Up -Shortly after I made an online reservation the manager called me to confirm my move in date and provided me with my storage space number. I moved in today and found the entire staff super friendly and the facility spotless. Safe & Secure is a pleasure to do business with. I live 5 minutes away in a nearby Nutley condo development and will be sure to recommend them at the next board meeting to get the word out to my neighbors as the "go to" storage place.

I did my research in finding an honest, trustworthy, clean, reasonably priced (cheap!) storage facility. The manager that rented me my space was especially friendly and knowledgeable.It seemed like there were thousands of storage units and I was amazed that the 3 manager's greeted every customer by name. This is definitely not your cold corporate type storage chain. I've all ready recommended Safe & Secure to my friend and look forward to receiving a referral credit.
Great prices, easy from NYC
Much lower prices than anything in NYC. Easy 20 minutes from Lincoln Tunnel. VG facility - only one freight elevator, though. Friendly service.
A Fond Farewell to All
I am an original customer at the Belleville location.. My husband is now retired and we're moving to Fl. I want to thank the managers and associates for their outstanding professionalism. Great people, very fair price, clean facility. A wonderful 15 year relationship.
CLASSIC BAIT AND SWITCH
THEY SHOW YOU A PRICE HERE AND CHANGE IT WHEN YOU GET THERE, OR GIVE YOU A DIFFERENT UNIT WITHOUT THE FEATURES REQUESTED
Excellent but needs tweaking
1. Be more out front about the hidden costs for the $16 units. I still bought it and am satisfied, because the price is competitive. Be brave enough to be up front about it.
2. Cut down the reams of paper work. There must be a better way to digitally template it. Nowadays the digital signature is legally accepted.
First Class Customer Service
The Safe & Secure managers are professionals that consistently treat the customers right. I live in NYC, work NJ and wouldn't think of using any other storage facility. Their pricing is ridiculously low with clean, attractive storage. I counted ten loading docks too. They set the standard for storage. Definitely recommend!!!
i went sat feb 25,2012 jose and the other gentleman who showed me the units Very helpful, pleasant, and patient. The place inside very well kept, no smell, just clean. Impressive. And loved the price I got on the 5x5 unit, at a discounted rate in an air controlled floor.
