SmartStop not friendly to long time tenants.
I have rented units at this location from the beginning (10 years) when it was Brookline Storage. I pay my rent on time every month in CASH. I just received today two letters saying that the rent on my two 10 X 20 climate controlled storage units are increasing 21% ($29 each a month). In this economy I can't believe ANY company would increase their cost to a customer by 21%. Let alone to a tenant that has been with them for 10 years.
Be careful when thinking of renting from this place folks!
