Best choice in the area
I had to store some items due to a temporary move into a smaller place & checked a few places. Although I have nothing worth a lot of money, I didn't want to have my possessions ruined by water or something else. Avon Quality Storage had the right size unit, in a climate controlled building at the least cost for me.

shopped around, this is the best choice by far
After downsizing from a farmhouse and moving from northern Vermont to return to Grad school, I needed a climate controlled unit. I have art and antiques that would be damaged in a less controlled environment. Most of the places around the Dedham area were twice as expensive. For long term storage of items I won't need to access, this is perfect. The unit is accessible off major roads.
The manager was friendly, professional and took time to answer my questions fully. the space was easy to get to, priced well below units within the 128 belt. The price is fixed, unlike other storage companies. I can have automatic bill pay if I choose.
