Awesome Customer Service
I booked a 5'5 at Lockaway Storage in Austin. The service I received was exceptional. Not to mention they have some of the best prices in Austin.

Lockaway Storage is easy and fast!
Joyce is awesome, super sweet and very friendly. Walked in the office with my sparefoot reservation and within 15 minuets was being given a tour of the facility to show me my space. Moved in that day!

the experience my girlfriend and I encountered at Lockaway was outstanding! as soon as we walked in we were greeted, waited on someone for just a few minutes then taken to our storage unit. The paperwork was done quickly and the women there were very welcoming and created a comfortable environment for us. We felt very good about our choice to go with Lockaway and are very satisfied by the way we were treated, great pricing as well!

Wonderful staff!
Although my husband and daughter went to Lockaway while I stayed at the apt and cleaned, everyone agreed that Lockaway's staff were very helpful and courteous in person and on the phone. We would definitely use them again in the future!

Good experience with Lockaway
I had never used Sparefoot before. It was really easy to find a storage unit that had the best price and location for me. Lockaway was actually a bit further than I expected - I guess the zip code I typed in was a pretty large zip which made it look closer. But Lockaway was exactly what I was looking for. Joyce at Lockaway was really nice and accomodating. Can't beat the price.
