Love this facility
My family and I were moving from East Texas to the Lakeway area and we needed a storage unit fast. When I found this facility online I gave them a call. I enjoyed talking with the staff. They encouraged me to come and look at the facility as well as the unit I was wanting to get. When I walked in I was welcomed by a friendly staff. The staff informed me that they spray each month for bugs and do daily walk-thrus of the facility. The facility was very clean and to my standards. I was suprised to see that they even had Wine Storage.The young lady that showed me the facility was very informative and answered all my questions. They also have individual gate access and 24 hour (camera) security. I am a person to turn away from a facility if they don't have good security. I really liked how they gave me an option to provide my own insurance or pay for their insurance. When it came time to sign my lease, it only took about 10 minutes. They also said that I could provide my own lock or purchase one from them. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone that is seeking short or long term storing. I have been a tenant here for 6 months and have not had any problems.
