Declining Service
I wrote a review about this place in Feb. 2011. Mr. Randall was the on site manager and he was excellent. Always concerned with customers. That's not the case anymore. My vechicle was damaged by the automatic gate on the frontage road. It closed on my truck while I was waiting for traffic on the I-35 So. frontage road. The gate has no safety features to prevent it from closing if it's blocked and there's no bumper on the leading edge of the gate. The steel gate plowed into my truck and damaged it but the AllSafe management refuses to talk to me about it or improve the safety/security issue at its main gate.

At first I was uncomfortable with the facility and the lack of security. The the previous manager never made me feel like my business was important or that he cared about my belongings. Then the new live in manager Randall came and my opinions of the property did a full 180.He makes me feel like he cares about my business and my possessions and my happiness with the facility. Thank you.

Excellent storage facility
The on site manager is very accomodating. It's good to know that someone is living at the site and maintenence and security is upgraded and ongoing.

Onsite manager is very nice to have knowing that the site is safe an secure. Management always is there to accommodate.

Safe, secure, manager onsite, for good price!
This storage facility is gated, with a coded entry. Excellent, friendly manager, who will go above and beyond for your needs. He extended the hours, so we can get in late if we need. He lives on-site and is almost always there. The price is good and fair. I would recommend All Safe Storage to everyone!

Easy, affordable move-in!
It was very affordable and very easy to move-in!

Think twice.
Great on-line price; very friendly, helpful staff. No security other than coded gate; not well maintained; not in a safe area. I made a deposit, but changed my mind and did not use this location or company.
