Pretty OK; access tricky
A nice little storage facility off of Austin's Ben White Blvd (Hwy 71). Seems family-run and friendly, even if staff did not seem in any particular rush to hasten rental process... could have reminded them that the truck is rented? Also one rather poorly-placed and -trimmed tree by the access keypad, with tiny courtesy parking spots, again not sized for trucks. For a place you might not be visiting very often it will do the job, but unless you enjoy slicing across busy traffic to make U-turns or going miles out of your way to get to or from the facility, you might think twice. Or at least a time and a half. :)

The price is fair...minimal paperwork to get in...satisfied with my space and access

friendly and convenient
I needed a storage very quickly but it was Sunday and this location was perfect for me. The manager went out of her way and helped me. She and her family are very friendly. If anyone is in a bind I recommend ABI STORAGE.

they always have specials and very friendly. I even referrred a friend.

never going back
Went we moved to Austin we needed a storage for a short time. They acted very friendly but the woman owner is not very nice at all. Very two faced.
