great place for storage
customer service there is great...if I have had any problems, all I had to do was call and they helped me sort things out. Location might not be in the nicest area of town but the place is pretty secure. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to rent a storage space

Problems with gate code
First I'd like to say that the other "reviews" received $20 off their march storage rent for their positive reviews. This is what an unpaid review looks like. What happens if your gate code doesn't work? Am I paying to own a bunch of stuff that sits in a locked closet behind a fence that I cannot cross? The office is only open 9-5 weekdays so there's never anyone there to help me.

Best over-all storage I've ever been to.
The Stapleton Storage is a great place to store all your things. Its very nice, easy to get in and out, with good security. the ower is nice, easy going, and understandable. Thats why i've been a member here for over 5 years.

Convenient, reasonable,clean, great customer service.
I was looking for a storage unit not too far from my house and wanted the convenience of being able to drive right to the door of my unit rather than carting things in and out of an elevator. When I went to Stapleton to check it out I was impressed with the way John greeted me and showed me all the options/prices available. The complex is clean and secure, and the price was reasonable compared to others. I didn't need to look any further and have been pleased with my choice.

Super helpful staff and secure facility
I have used this storage two seperate times in my life and each experience was flawless. Its easy access to your unit, easy to make payments, which typically is at least 10 or 20 bucks lower than other storage facilities. I have been helped several times efficiently when I had questions or concerns. The neighborhood may not seem like the greatest but I have never felt unsafe to leave my car outside while using one of their many uhauls. I would recommend Stapleton Storage.

Clean facility and friendly people
It took no time at all to fill out the paperwork. The person at the desk was friendly and informative and answered all my questions. We have rented units at other places before and have always had problems with trash or pests. This facility is very clean.

I Like Stapleton Storage because i know my belongings will be safe.and the property is clean its Location easy to find and is ran on a quiet street unlike some storage companies that are in high traffic areas that are loud and noisy with a lot of foot traffic. the size of the units are great for the prices also.the staff is pretty cool also!

been with them for years
i was recommended to stapleton storage even before their name changed by a good friend of mine . and he told me about the low priceing of the large units compared to other storage companies the security measures that they take each year the cleanliness of the property. the 24 hour kiosk machine to pay for your unit . the low priced p.o. boxes and i was sold it is a great place to store your belongings.

Ideal Storage Unit!
I have never rented a storage space so was a little leary. But after meeting John and seeing the facility I had no problems at all! Location is great and it is so easy to get into. Paying on line makes it so simple! Facility is very clean and well maintained. John is great too! Would defintely recommend this storage unit!!
