Moved in around Sept 2012. Facility is clean, they supply carts to haul items up elevator and have a light inside unit, which are all great. Price is also great. Have a great monthly rent and when moved in was given a great deal for first month on top of that. But while moving in I did not push the latch 100% in; my lock was locked so appeared locked but was not (which I did not know). As a result I had some items stolen! Was just a few items but still bothers me! Breaks my heart to hear some people here lost everything and personal items!! Mine had to be either an inside job or someone that has unit on same floor and happen to walk by and see my latch was not pushed all the way...which you cannot really tell unless you are looking for it. Managers did email me few days later to tell me they saw my latch was not fully pushed in and therefore my unit was not locked;they also provide a log list, so I could pin down when I did not fully latch it. I went and fully locked my unit. Few days after that I would ask managers if my unit had been opened and to double check my latch/lock, which they did. Now if I go there I triple check my latch and have not had issues since. So if you rent here be sure you latch all the way as there is a thief hitting this place!

MULTPLE BURGLARIES REPORTED FROM HERE
DO NOT TRUST THIS STORAGE!!! NUMEROUS BURGLARIES REPORTED WITHIN THE PAST YEAR FROM THIS COMPANY ON RECORD FROM THE AUBURN POLICE DEPT. All our belongings taken from our storage, including boxes labeled with memories from a family member who passed away a few years ago were taken. Employees reported that they attempted to contact primary phone number for us on file regarding possible burglary. The staff NEVER contacted us by phone nor did they ever attempt to try the secondary person on file as backup contact person. We did not discover our storage robbed UNTIL WE PERSONALLY WENT THERE. Another customer who was overseas, found out all their belongings were COMPLETELY TAKEN. The thieves did not leave a single thing behind. The staff will NOT help with attempting to recover your belongings. DO NOT TRUST THEM! Their personal website shows "ratings and reviews" from previous customers...average rating 4.5 stars. COMPLETELY INACCURATE! They took out the option to add new reviews since May 2012. That is during the time a lot of burglaries occured. They are trying to hide their incompentency!

Amazing
I have been to a few different storage units and this one is at the top of the list for this area. They take really great care of their units and are really friendly and helpful. I was so satisfied with this company that I have been advising friends and family to come here.
