Would not recommend
I really had a bad experience at Metro Storage on 5/12/12. , I had to wait 40 minutes for the manager to come back and then an unprofessional manager told me that there was not a record of my reservation and that I would have to pay more for a larger unit. Needless to say I and another customer left the facility without a unit. I found SpaceMax on 14th st and it was breath was a breath of fresh air. It was a totally different atmosphere. They were very friendly, efficient and had decent prices. I also feel so much better about the safety of my items at SpaceMax.
