I have been with Virginia Center Storage for almost 2.5 years. The employee's are Great; however, in this Day & Age of Obama economics...(I'm from Chicago, so don't even get me going on Chicago politics)...I can only state: I know you have to make a 'profit'...although, I will now have to pay $52.00 next month (November, 2011)...as opposed to my $47.00 monthly fee; and, this will more than likely result in a 30-Day Notice to Vacate within the next month! Thanks for the opportunity to "voice' my opinion.

A Life-Saver
I needed to get my generator out of storage after hurricane Irene dropped the power to most of Richmond. Even though the facility had lost power, the owner had manually opened the gate so that I could get my geneator. That's great service!

Ideal storage.
I started looking for storage. This is the only reasonable rate I found and then a discount too! Very flexable and wanting to meet need. Had to change suddenly to a different location to accomodate a large moving transport. Then changed to smaller place as down sized "stuff". Always helpful and quick to respond to questions and assistance. Extremely helpful.

I can recommend Virginia Center Self-Storage Wholeheartedly
I've been a client of VA Center Self-Storage since 2003 and had an entire apartment load of furnishings to be stored when I moved into my mother's home. I can recommend this facility wholeheartedly. They offer a variety of units (at one time, I had two of different sizes) at quite reasonable rental rates. Even though I reside in Bon Air and have to travel some distance to my storage unit, the extra time and distance is worth it to me when compared to similarly sized units at facilities closer to me (they are more expensive and not as large)! I have one of the largest units available. When there was a problem with my lock, I was contacted immediately and the problem dealt with promptly. I feel assured that the security of my belongings is in good hands at Virginia Center Self-Storage.
