had friend Bonnie that store her stuff thier for few months and when came to pull out was covered in mice poop and and wasnt covered BY INSURANCE ,and ended up loseing everything to thier mice problems thier,WAS JUST NASTY AND POOP AND MICE INFESTED

If not on lease, forget making a phone payment
My husband and I have used this facility for several years in the past and were happy with the facility so when we needed a unit again, we went to them. Although my name is not on the lease, I have made many payments in person and they were happy to take my money. I called today to make a phone payment and was told that they could not take a payment from ME over the phone because I was not on the lease, however, I have all of the information to access the unit. We are moving to a different company and will NEVER do business with them again and I will recommend that anyone looking for a unit, stay away from this one. If you rent, you had better make sure you put everyone's name on the lease.

Facility Response:
When you make a payment in person, you sign the credit card voucher, authorizing us to charge your card. When payments are made over the phone, we have no such signed document. Recently, we have received several denials of charges for phone orders from various “relatives” of tenants. Our credit card processor has asked that we only take phone payments from the actual tenant. Friends and relatives can still pay for someone’s account by going to our facility or through our website. Paying through the website requires secure log-in credentials that only the customer, or someone the customers provides those credentials to, can use to access the account. Therefore, our credit card processor accepts those payments. Sorry for the inconvenience.
